Please join us from 9:30am-12:30pm on Mondays 3/9, 3/16 and 3/23 at the LASD iLearn Studio for training on our spring lessons! New docents and any continuing docents who would like a refresher on our spring lessons are invited to join us. Please RSVP if you plan to attend! Bring a friend!

On Friday, March 27th, from 4-7pm at Blach Junior High School, LASD will hold its first annual "Illuminate LASD" community event showcasing LASD student learning exhibitions and hands-on activities. Living Classroom has been invited to participate in this event. The theme for our booth this year will be, "Let's get curious about monarch butterflies!" and will feature activities from our 6th grade Magnificent Monarchs lesson. We are still in need of volunteers to help out with each of the following shifts:
Shift #1: 4-5:30pm
Shift #2: 5:30-7pm

Please join us on Monday, March 30th, from 10:30-Noon for a tour of the Secret Garden at Loyola Elementary School located at 770 Berry Ave, Los Altos. Marilyn Hornor, who oversees this amazing garden, will lead the tour and highlight some of the fun activities that she does with the students in the garden at lunchtime. After the tour, we will enjoy some tea and refreshments in the garden. Please RSVP for this event by Friday 3/27.
